I was wondering the same thing.

I guess for me the issue with Digg is that it’s just not worth the time, effort and headache. Why would I want to set myself to be ripped on, on purpose? Just doesn’t make sense. I’d rather spend the time getting to know one fellow blogger.

There is so many submissions and the "upcoming" subs get buried to page 3 so fast that you barely have time to read them all. That video is funny. The lameness of many of the comments does hold quite a lot of truth, most of the stuff on digg is the same old crap seen before already anyways so why bother to check on it still.
