I’ve been blogging for a couple of weeks now and I can say that I’ve used both personal and instinctive initiatives rather than a set methodology.
I just think starting with a very conversant area will keep start you off with the basics of blogging.

What seems to have worked for me is simply being myself. I don’t curb myself or my personality. I’m decent at 1, 2 and 3. 4, 5, 6 and 7? I’m a 2 at.

It is important to find blogs that keep you ‘informed.’ There’s a lot of places to start, but I would suggest finding other blogs in your genre and watch them, comment on them and link to them. Start with a few and build as you get more comfortable.

With all the information being generated daily, it is important to find a few local sources (blogs) to stay informed without getting overloaded.
