In that sense, folks, any business is “unemployed” because “they are always looking for more business”. What kind of value is there in a statement like that? Leaves a bad aftertaste.

Being self employed is extremely difficult. Yes, you get to chose your own hours and work around family responsibility but you do not have all the benefits you would get with a company. Keeping clients is the key and if you have the resources then you will be fine. Without the resources however, the chances are you will not last the duration. Definitely a career move which needs extreme careful thinking and planning along with much drive and determination.

When I was unemployed, I went back to school to learn more and have a bachelors degree while taking some sideline works to pay my tuition fees. Now I am a supervisor of a company. And this is my achievement.
