In the next few moments you should receive an email that includes further details and a link to a business questionnaire I’ve prepared for you. Please complete the questionnaire and return it to me by email at least 48 hours before we have our first call.

Later this week, I’ll have the details setup for the time and date of our first call. So look for that.

And note, sometimes it takes a few minutes. And rarely, but it does happen, it may take up to 2 hours. All depends on how busy the servers are. So if you don’t get it right away, just be patient. If you don’t receive it after a few hours, thenÂ contact me directly and I’ll make sure you receive it.
