Absolutely, makes sense. Our business can never come to an end because we need to earn and we have our old and new customers to handle. We may well give up our business but since we’ve dealt with real people it can never come to an end.

That is the absolute truth. Right now, I am putting some new attention on the Social Media piece of my business. I also like to brainstorm ideas of how the same business can branch out to other areas. For instance, I know an creative that makes cute crafts and is now expanding to creating the tops for wedding cakes. You never know where your business will take you—and that is the fun of it.

a member if my finance team once said to me after discussing the state of our operations ‘we will get there’ which has always driven home to me the principle of continual improvement and the business being a work in progress. Love the sigmoid curve post. Our quality management system which adopts continual improvement ethic , allows us to review intiatives and objectives which in turn gives us new innovations on our service , provides differentiation against competitors and start a new sigmoid curve.
