What we'll look at

Most established service businesses that reach out are dealing with some version of the same thing: sales are taking longer than the results justify, prospects are comparing them to other options more than they used to, and the marketing fixes they've already tried haven't resolved it.

In 30 minutes, we look at where your business may have drifted into comparison - where buyers are hesitating instead of deciding - and whether there's a structural decision that would change that.

That's the whole conversation. No agenda beyond finding out what's actually happening.

What this is not

This is not a discovery call designed to move you toward a purchase. It is not a branding or messaging review. There are no frameworks to walk through, no templates to fill out, and no follow-up sequence waiting on the other end.

If what you need is tactical - better messaging, a clearer website, more content - I'll say so. There are people better suited to that work than I am.
